Return Policy

To return a purchase, please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be in new, and unused condition. (A 15% restocking fee may be charged for the product return.)  Returns must be processed within 45 days from the date of purchase. 

Credits and Refunds

Debiting the credit card used at the time of checkout is the primary way refunds are processed, although some circumstances might require a refund to be processed with a check. Refund checks are issued by the Growing Families International Administrative office and usually processed within ten days. 

Customers may also choose to have their refund amount carried forward as a “credited” toward their next purchase. This option works well for customers who are sure they will re-order within twelve months. After twelve months of inactivity, unused credit balances are classified “abandon” and purged from the customer's account record.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are no returns or refunds for curriculum purchased on USB Flash Drives. No returns on Gift Cards
